Alligator clothespin with markers, 1 green pipe cleaner cut in half, and googly eyes.  I got this idea from pinterest, but could not trace it back to it's original source.

Astronaut lowercase a moonscapes.  Paint white paper with gray paint, spray with water and spread paint again.  Allow to dry.  When dry, cut out moon and letter shape (mommy) and glue onto black paper.  Add glitter!

Moon Sand

There are many recipes for moon sand on the internet, we just took what we had and made it work.  Mix sand (about 5-6 cups) and cornstarch (about 2-3 cups)  - more sand than cornstarch, I added some regular flour (about 1 cup) too since we used all our cornstarch, glitter, and about 2 1/2 cups water, add slowly mixing with your hands as you go and stop when it seems to be getting to wet.
